【BUG】：Evolution Player Displayed as Gold Card and Accidentally Submitted to SBC

I encountered an issue while completing the Trophy Titans SBC.

 

I have a 90-rated evolved Enzo Fernández. While submitting the squad through the mobile app, I clearly saw a gold version of Enzo in the SBC lineup. However, there was also a prompt indicating that Enzo was already part of another squad. Despite this, the card displayed in the SBC squad appeared to be the gold version, so I proceeded with the submission.

 

After submitting, I checked my club and realized that my 90-rated evolved Enzo Fernández had been submitted instead. This seems to be a display bug on the mobile app, which misled my judgment.

 

This card took significant time and effort to evolve, so I would really appreciate it if you could help me recover it.

    The incident occurred approximately between 4:30 AM and 4:42 AM (Beijing Time, UTC+8) on April 6, 2026, which corresponds to 8:30 PM to 8:42 PM (UTC) on April 5, 2026.

    Right now, I can’t find a single Enzo Fernández in my club. I’m sure you can understand the pain of suddenly losing a veteran player who has been a cornerstone of your team. This card has been with me for near 900 matches, and I’ve only played a little over 1,000 in total. I sincerely hope you can help me recover this card.

     

    I am a pre-order player of the Ultimate Edition and still hold great passion for the FC series. I also run a Xiaohongshu account focused on FC26 content, which currently has 3,854 followers. I plan to continue creating content for FC27 and pre-order its Ultimate Edition as well.

     

    I want to express my respect once again for all the efforts of everyone at EA and sincerely hope you achieve even greater success.

    Exact thing happened to me with my camavinga. Almost did the same with my ferland mendy. Seems to only happen when using the squad fill feature. Now my camavinga with 90's is gone. Took me so long aswell.

    If my 90-rated Enzo Fernández cannot be recovered, I honestly don’t feel motivated to continue playing the game. This card means a lot to me, and I sincerely ask for your help in restoring it to my club.

     

    I believe this issue occurred due to a display or system error, where my evolved player appeared as a regular gold card and was mistakenly submitted. I truly did not intend to lose this player.

     

    I kindly ask you to investigate this case and help me recover the card if possible. I would greatly appreciate your support.

     

    I will also be more careful in the future—if I encounter a similar situation where an evolved player is incorrectly shown as a gold card, I will make sure to cancel the submission.
