Academy Players Full Potential Not Showing And No Continue Career Button

I had the “play at Full Potential” option turned on for Youth tournaments but whenever I start a tournament match it only shows the players current overall and not their Full Potential, also why is it that after I create a save and I try to start it up again I have to go to “Original” then flick the right stick to get to my career save files? where as in FC 25 all u had to do was click “Continue Career”. EA pleaseee fix these issues!
