Account restricted for cheating after playing offline + no response from support

Hi,

Why has my account been restricted for cheating when I have only been playing offline career mode and simulating matches?

Earlier, when the game was not working and kept crashing, I requested a refund. Later, the game started working and I was finally able to play career mode simulating the matches as the game crashes when i play the kick off, but since i mainly wanted to play career mode, so I decided to keep it.

However, suddenly the game closed and showed an anti-cheat message saying I was cheating, which is not true. I have never used any cheats or third-party software, and I was not even playing online.

After that, my access to the game was restricted, and now I cannot play at all.

I contacted EA support, and they initially replied asking me to wait. I responded back, but since then I have not received any further reply. Now my game is not working because of this restriction, and support is also not responding.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this a known false anti-cheat problem? What should I do next to get my access restored?

Any help would be appreciated.
