Seasons bug: No win or points when opponent quits
This issue is extremely frustrating and has been affecting a large number of players for years across multiple titles. Online Seasons matches regularly do not count when an opponent quits, resulting in no win, no points, and no progression for the player who stayed in the match. This is especially disappointing given the high cost of the game and the expectation that core online modes function reliably. Many players are experiencing the same problem, yet it continues to appear every year with little or no visible improvement. The lack of consistency in awarding results actively discourages fair play and rewards quitting rather than completing matches. This is not a minor inconvenience — it directly impacts progression, competitiveness, and the overall online experience. You guys fixed a bug in tournaments where if someone quits a win is granted. You haven’t fixed it in regular season games. Seems to happen most on PC users. I’ve blocked a bunch of users for this because I never get credit of the win when playing against them and cause a bunch of time to be wasted. I am writing with significant frustration regarding a persistent and game-breaking issue. During matches, my player frequently switches to AI control without any input from me. If I leave the match, I receive a disconnect penalty, but if I remain, my player moves in a sluggish, beginner-mode manner that completely ruins the experience. This is unacceptable for a modern title. The sheer volume of bugs and glitches in this edition is among the worst I have encountered, making it one of the most problematic releases in the series’ history since the 1990s. The current state of the game is simply not up to standard. If the current team is unable to resolve these fundamental issues, I strongly urge you to bring in more qualified developers who can deliver the quality and stability that players expect and deserve. - Platform: Switch 2 - Seasons Another case today with a player I had already reported previously: “Temiroytecrujo.” I have already reported this user before (using https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/report-a-player/), yet nothing appears to have been done, and the same behavior continues. I also have video evidence (attached) showing the incident clearly. I was winning 5–4 and was about to score another goal when the player disconnected/manipulated the match, resulting in the game not counting properly. This is exactly the kind of repeat abuse I’ve been describing for months. Dears, i have reached you multiple times as this is getting frustrating as this should be solved by your security and technical team you must take an action in this matter as its affecting game play and fair play inside game as there are multiple users i think they use external tools to grant their wins as its common once you start the game it takes long time to start and once it started they disconnect me from server and give me a blank screen as attached while saying to check my network although it’s working perfectly and connected to internet please take a disciplinary action or ban those who do it as for us we lose our streak wins and progress in division rivals also most importantly is losing one or two or even multiple games from the 15 of champions that is not fair if you cant handle this issue at least do something or reward us who are affected by this kindly check my user last game played and these are the last players meet online attached also please investigate this issue please EA16Views0likes0CommentsStore packs
Since starting of TOTS with nearly 20k FC Points and literally zero outfield players in my squad, I’ve been doing all the daily grinding religiously. Yet somehow, I’m always the one struggling to pack anything decent. Honest truth: those store packs are a complete waste of money. In five years, I’ve never packed a single high-value tradable card worth mentioning. Not once. The gameplay feels terrible — slow, sluggish, and unresponsive, especially on weekends when I actually have time to play. Even when you do manage to build a good squad, there’s no real joy in using the cards because the game doesn’t let you enjoy them. Then there’s the matchmaking. I constantly face opponents with much better connection quality because EA has servers in their countries, while we get stuck with terrible ping. Every new edition comes with more problems than the last, which means the next one will probably be even worse. I’ve finally had enough. A game is supposed to be fun. The fact that I’m this furious while playing says everything — this product is broken. This version keeps your original emotion and frustration but makes it much more readable and impactful.
