Xbox FC26 Mass “Coin Distribution” Permanent Bans
@EAHelp @EA_CommunityTeam Over the last two weeks, nearly every day at around 18:10 Beijing Time, a group of clean Xbox accounts get the same red-mail: permanent ban for “Coin Distribution”. Details: First email: “Terms Violation” Appeal → second email: “Coin Distribution” Case status: “Waiting on Studio” → “Declined” Penalty History: empty after appeal Affected accounts (all same daily batch): My main account(xbox ID: peterzhang80)– recent FC Points purchase, unused. My RTG account(xbox ID: ty zhang8520) – started heavy play last week; zero trades. Friends – normal SBCs, manual small buys only. Common points: All Xbox. All hit ~18:10 Beijing Time. Zero coin farming, zero bots, zero transfers. Attachments: 1st Red-mail( ban me have no reason)watch the mail's TIME 2nd Red-mail( I swear I didn't buy or sell any coins) Case pages. ( after the 2nd mail, the status turns to decline) Purchase receipts. (recharged the fc pionts, still leaving in my accounts) My RTG account also got banned yesterday, I just use it one week( at the same time 18:14pm Beijing time) My friends account(one of my friends, actually we have more than 10 members got banned in this week ) the funny things, He got the yellow ban after the red ban. THE 1ST MAIL ALSO IN THE SAME TIME. Screenshots from Chinese FC26 Tieba – same daily bans reported.(almost same time daily) Request: Review batch. System error likely. Thank you. Hello EA Support, I want to report a serious gameplay bug in EA SPORTS FC 26. During an online match, after I used the pause menu, I completely lost control of my team when the game resumed. My players stopped responding to any controller input, while my opponent continued to play normally and score goals. The match was still running (timer and score were active), but I was unable to control my players at all. Re-pausing, reconnecting the controller, and pressing buttons did not fix the issue. This appears to be a known bug related to pauses or controller synchronization. Because of this bug, I unfairly lost the match. Details: Game: EA SPORTS FC 26 Mode: (Rivals / Champions / etc.) Platform: (PS5 / Xbox / PC) Approximate time of match: (date & time) I have attached a screenshot/video showing the issue. I've just lost 2 seasons games because I was playing with 10 men as the goalkeeper is missing on the pitch, he isn't even on the radar (Refer to attached photo). I played another game just to experience the same thing. This is totally unfair especially as a EA Pro membership holder. I won 7 to 3 in Gauntlet and as the game is ending i got kicked from ultimate team and it counted as a loss! How is this fair and safe experience when players exploit the game's weakness to completely ruin the game just out of toxicity! It's not even the first time and it is 100% not an error in my internet connection. Fix these bugs or at least deal with these cheaters!Problem with Anti-Cheat (code 115)
When I start the game, firstly it takes a very long time to start, this has never happened before. Secondly it does not start and gives an error. It says that the error code is 115, and they ask to update the anti-cheat, the address is given where to do it. I did exactly that, downloaded the anti-cheat, into the game folder, updated it and installed it, but nothing helped, I also completely cleared the possible cache on my PC, updated all the drivers, including the BIOS, reinstalled the driver for the video card, but the game does not work, and I am asking you for helping me. I am very angry because the game was released 3 months ago, and it has constant problems, either with performance, or with starting it at all, and I wonder why I paid so much money for it, when the game does not even start, and this is not even my problem. Why do other games work without problems, and yours has constant problems. Attached in the video you can see I score, the opponent forfeits. I then get kicked out of FUT and receive a loss and disconnect warning. This player must have some glitch or abuse to be able to dodge losses mid game while losing which is just absurd. Please look into this issue because there is no way I am the only one affected by this.FC 26 (v1.16) PS4 Seasons Goalkeeper not visible
Platform: PS4 (FC26: Version 1.16 TOTY Edition PS4 Version) Gamertag / Username: privo_211 Timestamp (with timezone): 6:08 AM (EST) Game mode: Online Seasons (Did not try others after this version 1.16 update.) Summary of the issue (what happened when the error occured): On February 4, 2026, there was an update to version 1.16, I updated my game and started Seasons online game for the first time, and no goalkeeper was visible. I quit that game and started another Seasons game, this time the keeper initially did spawn but then left the goalpost and started acting as a defender (LB). While one of the other players in the midfield became inactive (I could not pass the ball to him or control him). Then, when the opponent scored against me and the game was reset the goalkeeper completely disappeared while all other players started acting normal. Photos and videos of the 2nd game(attached)
