Anti-Lag crash?

Had a few instances where opponents (One of whom actually hacked my team for a champs game) Are able to cause some sort of crash of my client. Is this a known issue? Is there an issue with the security of anti-cheat currently? Is there anything being done to prevent this? Also am I going to get compensation for all the times I lose match earnings due to DNF modifier because of hackers? Because it's happened way too many times now and Coins this year are incredibly hard to come by when you play honestly.
