Appeal couldn't submit

My FC26 has been ban for no reason.

my internet connection has been very unstable, with frequent high latency and occasional disconnections during matches. I can't see my penalty in the Penalty History tool. So I followed the instruction and consulted the ea customer service to submit the webform.

Fill out the form with as much detail as possible. Select Submit. Nothing happen, no case generated. It's traced back to penalty history.

I already tried to submit my appeal for 4 months and nothing happens. My account still been ban.
