Asia/Oceania rewards missing

Hello,

I completed the "Tiny Tim" objective in Asia/Oceania / Perfect Volley and successfully claimed the rewards, but several rewards never appeared in my club.

One of the missing rewards is the Fantasy FC Hero Tim Cahill card, which is required for the "Tiny Tim" Evolution. The objective is marked as completed (4/4), but the card was never delivered to my account.

I have seen multiple reports from other players experiencing the same issue with Asia/Oceania rewards, including missing player items, Evolutions, and other objective rewards. EA has already acknowledged that they are investigating missing Asia/Oceania rewards.

My concern is that some of these Evolutions are time-limited. If affected players do not receive their missing cards before the Evolutions expire, they may permanently lose access to content they legitimately earned. How are we supposed to complete objectives when the required card is missing?

Has anyone received an update from EA regarding a fix, compensation, or a possible extension of the affected Evolutions?
