Bad out of bounds call

Referee called ball out of bounds when it wasn’t fully out of bounds, first time this has happened to me, not sure if this is a feature where refs make mistakes (don’t think it is since they can call an offsides where someone’s hair is a millimeter offsides), but if not a feature then I assume it’s a bug. Happened in ultimate team. The image attached is of the farthest point the ball went.
