BROKEN LT+RT shot cancel on PC STEAM

LT+RT shot cancel stopped working after last patches
LT+RT skill move cancel works fine
steam input - tried both ENABLE AND DISEBABLE / same for Xbox setting in steam 
doesnt help

Anyone have this issue?
