BUG REPORT - Opponent Rage Quits = No Win, No Match History (PS5)

I am reporting a serious and recurring issue that has made online play almost unplayable for me.

When an opponent quits mid-match — clearly losing and unable to catch up — the game simply vanishes. No win credited, no match in history, no record it ever happened. It is as if the match never existed.

This is not an occasional glitch. It is now happening in the majority of my winning games. Opponents have figured out that quitting by force closing the application is an exploit that lets them escape a loss entirely with zero consequence.

What happens step by step:

• I am winning comfortably

• Opponent force closes the game

• I get no win

• Match does not appear in match history at all

• Opponent suffers no loss

This is not a network issue on my end. This is a systemic exploit being deliberately abused because the game rewards it with impunity. It destroys the competitive integrity of the game.

What I am asking for:

1. Any quit after kickoff = automatic loss for the quitter and win for the remaining player

2. All matches must appear in history regardless of how they end

3. A penalty system for serial quitters

This needs to be treated as a priority fix.
