The “workaround” doesn’t work. It’s not just about missing emails.
Even if you do give them a new contract, a few moments later they will say they are angry you haven’t sorted out the contract even though you have, and because you have, you can’t sort it again, and because you can’t sort it again they decide to put a transfer request and leave, and then you can’t stop them.
You guys make $2 billion dollars a year. How about spending $40k of that on one (1) developer that can tie their shoes without assistance? That would be a nice change.
