[Bug] Unable to Renew Player Contracts in Career Mode

So i've played a full season now and per the community official's response I do take on the fact that the core around new players renewing contracts has changed to include more variables that afffect when they are willing to negotiate. However even after the latest 1.03 patch there are still major loopholes and contradictions in the game logic that mean players are getting stuck on the transfer list essentially. 

The most immediate issue that still occurs is that the first instance of a player notifying of wanting a new contract is that they immediately get locked onto the transfer list. Until a new contract is negotiated that cannot be removed. This wouldn't be too bad except there are some players where you negotiate a new contract and they are then still locked on the transfer list and immediately ask to negotiate a new contract again. You can't then renegotiate due to a recent new contract cooldown period. I like that a couple of players might just want to leave the club anyway etc but the trigger for transfer status lockout is far too immediate an unrealistic where it happens always in the first instance of a new contract negotiation.

The other issue that is a knock on of the transfer status lockout is that the board don't take long to override your ability to negotiate a price for them. That in itself isn't too bad but there is another bug where no action can be taken on offers and also your assistant manger fails to action any offers on your behalf as well. So you always end up with multiple messages from other teams saying why didn't you respond to their offer and ultimately the unhappy player never gets sold and eventually they will just run their contract down and leave on a free. 

I'm happy with the core idea that there are more sensitive time windows where contract negotiation becomes more appropriate with the player but the messaging and transfer lockout behaviour is absolutely broken EA and it needs to be fixed! I've just completed a full season but I can't go on any further until at least i can actually sell my unhappy players.
