This can't be a new feature surely. Literally every single player in my Newcastle squad are unwilling to renew. Even the youngsters. I'm literally going to lose my whole squad in 4 years. It's completely unrealistic and has completely ruined the game. It isn't just players in the final year of their contract. This is definitely not as intended because if it is you lot really need to consider if this job is for you.
Unfortunately it is, this new contract/morale system has made the game absolutely unplayable; it’s honestly embarrassing how badly they’ve implemented this.
I’ve gone back to FC 25.
