How can this be intended behaviour?! Literally EVERY player in the squad, regardless of the length of their current contract, is ALWAYS unwilling to negotiate a new contract. It’s definitely a bug. I think the team misunderstood the issue. There’s no way they intended that you can’t negotiate contracts with your squad of surely just take the option away rather than allow you to try only for the player to say he’s unwilling. They’ve just introduced a new feature to show willingness which really highlights that it IS a bug
