[Bug] Unable to Renew Player Contracts in Career Mode

This is utterly ridiculous, I bought the game, solely for career mode. This is unrealistic, I’m in the first season and every single player is refusing to go into negotiations for a new contract. It means for me the game is pointless to play. I want to spend time progressing players and watch them improve over many seasons, especially young players. There is going to be non of this if I have to sell them in 3 seasons or lose them for free. Please change this as I already am not happy with the gulf in difficulty between professional and world class.
