C-108255-1 error code

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a persistent crash in EA SPORTS FC 26 on my PS5 (disc version).  
The game crashes approximately 20–30 minutes into play, in **all game modes** (Career, Kickoff, etc.) and displays the **CE-108255-1** error code.

Steps I have already taken to fix the issue:
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
- Rebuilt PS5 database in Safe Mode
- Powered off and fully unplugged the PS5
- Tested multiple game modes

Other games on my PS5, such as God of War, run perfectly fine, so the console itself is not the issue.

Could you please investigate this crash? It occurs consistently and is preventing me from playing.
