camera glitch

got a red card, paused to make a sub, camera got locked as follows.

Was told this was a known bug alraedy

Was 4/4 in challengers, winning last game, lost last game due to that.

as my previous case, i magically got disconnected right after i scored a third goal, without ever losing connection to psn, and lost 5/5 rewards due tho this.


0 compensantion. 

The rewards are terrible anyway, but its the principle.

unsurprisingly, on my previous case where i stated the console as playstation, provided video evidence of getting DC'ed, i get sent a link to troubleshoot fifa mobile on the ipad.

This is the level of customer support. I provide video evidence of a known bug costing me the last game, and i can't even get the 80+ player pick as a reward i was going to earn.
