Camera settings other than tele broadcast cause delays on PC

I was using the competitive camera setting and couldn't play a single game due to the lag. Then I switched to tele broadcast and the lag went away, but I don't want to play tele broadcast and can't switch to other cameras. I tried co-op and that also caused lag. I am playing on PC
