Can’t access FUT or online modes

Game has been released for almost a month now and I still can’t play unless I’m on hotspot. And it still sometimes disconnects smh. My WiFi works flawlessly on any other game but when it comes to this garbage game it doesn’t work. Ea doesn’t even adress it either
