Can’t Access Manager Mode save

Hey everyone

I started my first Manager Mode save the day early access came out (19th) and had no problems. I got off and back on Fifa and was able to load my save up no problem. But starting last night (and still is the case) I cannot access the save. When I click “Manager Career”, I see my save to the right, but my only clickable options are “Live” and “Original”, there is nothing I can click on to load up my save. 

When I check my files, it’s there, so I know it wasn’t deleted or anything. Will attach a SS below of what I see when I click “Manager Mode” and a SS of my save being in my files (titled “Managah”). Any way to fix this? How can I notify EA? I don’t want to adjust every single squad again and start a save all over just for the same thing to happen.
