Can’t claim the level 40 season pass rewards

I’ve just reached level 40 in the season pass but for some reason when I try and claim the 86 Rogers it doesn’t give me the card and it just says I haven’t claimed it yet same goes with tomori and it’s pretty annoying since I just want to claim the rewards
