Can’t login in FUT on FC26 using ps5

Hi, I am unable to login in FUt on FC26. It was working perfectly fine all long and suddenly for the last couple days I just can’t get into fut using my WiFi. Able to login using hotspot which has much lesser bandwidth.

can you please look into this? If any tips from anyone please help.

PS: my internet connection is stable and all other games are running well on the ps. I’ve rebooted my router as well as my ps multiple time but still stuck with the same issue. Also tried deleting and redownloading the game but nothing changed.

    Hi there. Since you can log in on a mobile hotspot, that means the issue is with your ISP or home network. 

    Go to the network settings on your console and check the IPv. You may need to be on IPv6 if you're on IPv4. That is most likely a change your ISP would need to make.

    I also recommend switching to a wired connection. Wireless is unstable so there are going to be more connection issues than with a wired connection.
