Can someone help me with all of the problems I have before I go on live chat?

Before I even start saying anything on this post, is there even a single ea rep on here that can help people? I've seen tons of posts yet none have replies from ea reps to solve there problems? also why isn't there a live chat for the games anymore? now if I want to talk to someone, I have to act like there is a serious problem with my account just for something very stupid that needs solving like this.

Anyway, I have a few problems that need sorting out because no one is speaking on here to help anyone. to start, at the start of the game I was kicked from a draft for no reason and it cost me my whole work so I want to be compensated for that with the 300 points I spent on it back and the rewards i would have received for finishing the draft, I have two accounts (one is a rtg and one is my main) which have not had xp refresh for player and manager career so I would like to be compensated the 1500 xp back to both accounts (I will give the name of the account if someone actually replies) and another 1500 if I don't get this weeks xp back, and finally, on my rtg account I am having a problem where I cant complete the objective market mastery as the buy 3 players objective is stuck on 1/3 (once again, I will give the name of the account if someone actually replies).

I believe this is all of the problems I have and would like them to be resolved as fast as possible, I don't mean to act like a Karen however this is becoming a joke considering this year has been listed as "listening to the community" whilst no one is getting help for there problems, I believe I speak for the community in getting rid of the forums and bringing back the live chat for games. I will be giving this post until Monday to get a reply or I will be going on live chat for these problems but to also raise my concerns on how awful the forums are. Thank you.
