Cannot acess gamehub and transfer market

Since This saturday i can not acess gamehub on the game. Only in the app. Transfer market it never does since i bought the game. I already tried all the evolutions and nothing happens. Buy a game that i can only play with the cards give is boring. This only happens on xbox. I play in ps5 with no problems.

when in game on xbox if i go to game hub it gets stuck. 3 problems that mantains..
