Cannot Change Substitution and Team Management FUT CHAMP! JAN 2026

This bug has persisted since the early access of FC26 in 2025 and remains unresolved as of 2026, despite numerous patch updates, significantly impacting gameplay during FUT Champs.

The recurrence of these bugs is nearly 80%, primarily during FUT Champions. Please address this, EA; many people are still experiencing these unresolved issues.
