Can't enter team management during some games on UT

I can't believe this issue still hasn't been fixed seeming it's existed since release is crazy.

Basically in any online game mode in ultimate team, every now and then at least 2 times a session.When you want to go make substitutions or edit your tactic during a game, clicking on team management won't go anywhere just stays on the pause menu and can't be entered.

Has cost me so many games potentially.
