Can't Find Teammates on Rush [Nintendo Switch 2]

Players on the Nintendo Switches are having trouble finding teammates on Rush (known issue on forum, reddit, etc.), so we're unable to unlock the transfer market. Super disappointing for such an expensive game and for people who bought ultimate edition for early access. Have seem some people in certain regions being able to find teammates, but it's impossible for most. A huge part of playing ultimate team are selling/buying cards on the transfer market. What's the point of playing if we can't unlock it?
