Can't make any subs during a game, costing me a 7 game winning streak

While in a rivals game one of my players was not doing good, when attempting to make a sub I was not able to get into the team managing page, costing me the game. This is the same bug that I encountered in previous FC games. Recycling is good but selling the same game with the same bugs 3 years in a row is not.
