can't use team management mid game on pc

this has happened a few times now when playing UT rivals but say im mid game and want to make changes or subs i try to click on team management when paused but it doesnt open your squad and just returns you to the pause menu meaning you have to play out the game making no subs or trying to change tactics or formation...

also a week later some objectives are still bugged...

I love spending money on games from AAA studios for them to not work properly :)
