I want EA to fix the freezing issue and sever stability in the game

I played the capped event chapter IV, I played a match and was about to play penalty then my game freezed even when me network is very good, i couldn't complete to get my rewards. And sometimes when I use the redeem code (this was last year) I don't get the rewards. UID 959861194592174080
