Career Mode Bug: Unable to offer or renew player contracts. In Manager Career Mode, all players become unhappy with their current deals but refuse any contract negotiation. The game always says “They are not interested in renewing their contract right now,” no matter their morale or playtime. This happens with every player, eventually leading to transfer requests or players leaving on a free. Expected: Players should be open to negotiation when morale or performance is good, or contracts are close to expiry. Actual: Every player stays locked out of renewal permanently. This makes long-term Career Mode saves unplayable.
