Career Not Able to accept offer for player

happens to me too, when players want to leave. I cannot offer them new contract and I cant even try to sell them 

Its happening to me to on PS5. I engaged on negotiations with 2 clubs but could not reach terms. Every other offer that I received (3 so far) have no available actions. Very frustrating. 

Yes, here too, also on PS5. It happens when the player puts in his own transfer request. The game will say the assistant trainer is negotiating with the club, but the offer never gets accepted, and after a couple days you will get an email that the offer is rescinded since you did not respond. The player has been stuck in this limbo for over a season now.

Edit: I did find something of a workaround. You can still trade the player, so try to use him in your negotiations for new players. Far from ideal but it's better than just releasing him on letting his contract run out.
