Carrer Mode- 3 out of 5 Subs

I just noticed in a game that if you use the quick sub via R2/R1 (whatever you guys use), you cant make more than 3 subs, and the game wont let you sub even via the menu again.

I didnt try with only 1 quick sub, maybe someone else can confirm, but definitely it happens with 3 quick subs.
