Champion Excellence Cosmetic Removes TOTS Chemistry Benefits

I added the Champion Excellence cosmetic after I won 40 games in the weekend league to my Dumornay card. It now has one chemistry instead of three because the Champion Excellence card removed all TOTS league links.

I do not understand why a cosmetic for winning so many games in high level competition would REMOVE chemistry so I assume this must be a bug.
