Hi,

I’m reaching out because EA FC 26 disconnected me from three different FUT Champions matches while I was winning. My internet was completely stable, no outages, and every disconnect counted as a loss and ruined my Weekend League record.

I put in real time and effort to earn those wins, and this glitch completely took them away from me. I’m asking for compensation for the matches lost due to server issues — whether that’s win tokens or equivalent WL rewards.

Please review my account, my match history, and the timestamps. I’d appreciate your help correcting this, because it’s very frustrating to put in the work and lose due to something outside my control.
