Cheater report in FUT Champions

I am reporting a player for clear cheating in FUT Champions.

I have attached a video and screenshots that clearly show the opponent using hacks, including preventing me from controlling my players and displaying unnatural gameplay behavior that cannot occur under normal conditions, giving an unfair advantage during the match.

This is approximately the fifth cheating-related complaint I have submitted, and so far, no effective action has been taken.

This issue directly affects my FUT Champions record, my overall experience, and the rewards I receive, which is completely unfair.

I am requesting a serious manual investigation into this player, clear action against cheating, and appropriate compensation for the impact on my record and rewards.
