Cheating in FUT Champions

OK , it has been almost 4 months . EVERY FUT champions in every week , I must face at least 3 hacks and I report them and EA sends me an email telling me that "they did not do something this time" . 
the hack is usually : 1- controlling my whole team with arrows on their head . 
                                      2- PC playing the game  instead of players and I never won these kind of matches . 
                                      3- just freezing the match and then kicking me out of the match and it counts as                                                      loss (as shown in the video )

PLEASE EA DO SOMETHING . 
at least , when I report hackers do not tell me that you won't do something .
