CHEATING OR BUG

I've had this happen twice already, both times in Draft. I Start off the game with all my players having a white triangle hovering over them and Mr not being able to control anything. This seems like more of a cheat because both times the opponents score once or twice then go afk, I try to change everything around while in game to get control of my players but once I run out of timeouts I get kicked for inactivity. EA has to do something about this, tired of losing coins, Draft was my go-to for fun but now I can't even risk playing it.
