Club Name Bug

Hello. My Ultimate Team club name is stuck and cannot be changed.

When I go to Club → Rename Club, I can type a new name and press Confirm, it loads, but the club name never updates. It always stays "Berlin SC" in the UT main menu. I have tried restarting, deleting local profile files, changing language, and nothing works.

My club name is stuck on the server.
Please perform a manual Club Name Reset on my account.
