Clubs Celebrations not working

When you choose any celebration on the Clubs gamemode on PC the moment you leave the edit Pro menu it resets to Random Celebration so we are stuck on Random celebration, I have tried redownloading the game, deleting my settings profile but it just doesnt help. 

Also there is no last minute celebrations on clubs.

This is an Issue on PC
