Clubs Substitute Glitch

Has anyone else experienced a Clubs match completely resetting mid-game when a sub tries to come in? My team was winning comfortably in the 2nd half when the game suddenly reset back to the 1st half during a substitution sequence. Every goal and all match progress got erased like the second half never happened. Instead of being multiple goals up, we were suddenly only up by 1 again. To make it worse, we ended up losing the match entirely because of it. This is one of the worst bugs I’ve seen in Clubs. Competitive matches shouldn’t be decided by game-breaking glitches that erase progress mid match. Curious if anyone else has had this happen or knows if EA has acknowledged it yet.
