CM - 100% of players unwilling to renew contracts

I am having this same issue. I have started 8 new manager careers and all of them start with every single one of my players "NOT WILLING TO RENEW CONTRACT" I have also realized this issue is also in player career mode if you look at your current squad you are on everyone has the same.
