CM - Players AI and transfer submissions bug

Wanted to post a follow up. It's 4 months into my first season on CM, and I've now had an additional 2 starters put in transfer requests, without them first emailing me and telling me they were upset or whatever. It just happens. And it makes no sense. these 2 players already got contract extensions, we are in first place, they are both in the green as far as current form. so out of my starting 11, I've now had 7 of them randomly either put in transfer requests or refusing to extend their contracts, but also the computer negotiating for me and not allowing me to move them on to make a profit. I am being forced to lose them for free. This is completely absurd. Not to mention, I am only 4 months into my first season. So going forward, every season I am expected to just randomly lose more than half of my starting 11?!! How am I supposed to comfortably play this game knowing I am going to get screwed at a given moment to this nonsense. These aren't real life random occurrences, this is just BS. At no point in real life do you see that many players just wanting to leave, especially if your first place and they are all performing well. Good thing Battlefield releases tomorrow because in this current stage, this game in CM is not playable and that's the only thing I play.
