CO-OP Hackers or Bug?

Playing the new silver tournament with my friend on Co-op, first 3 games we win 3 and they are fine, then in the next two games, we come up against two other co-op players... however once we enter the game one of their players is on our team and controlling our players. They proceed to score own goals on our team and then it kicks us out the game and we get a loss.

In a mode where you need to play 18 games to get the rewards, me and my friend have been scammed out of two games so i want to speak to someone at EA asap and get my games back.
