Commentary Voice Missing in EA FC 26 and Request for Compensation

I am writing to report a frustrating technical issue I have encountered in EA SPORTS FC 26. Recently, the commentary audio has completely disappeared during gameplay.

I have tried all possible troubleshooting steps on my end to restore the sound, but nothing has worked. This issue significantly diminishes the immersive experience and enjoyment of the game. I have recorded an in-game video clearly demonstrating that while other game sounds are present, the commentator's voice is missing. I can provide this video as evidence upon request.

As a dedicated player, this persistent bug has made it difficult for me to stay motivated to play. I kindly request that you look into this issue and provide a fix as soon as possible. Furthermore, considering the negative impact this has had on my gaming experience, I would appreciate a form of incentive or reward (such as FC Points or Ultimate Team packs) to encourage my continued engagement with the game.
