Controller bug

Playing in online game only. Doesnt happen in squad battles or offline draft or career modes. I start the match on controller and playing for abit. Then the game randomly decideds that I'm not playing on controller and acts like it's disconnected but it is not because I can pause the game move up and down through the menu. Then minute I go back into the match its gone again, Then I get kicked for inactive and get dnf punishment. This happens about every two games. After getting kicked when I try to go into another game it tells me only the main profile can start a game. So I have to close the game and boot it up again to play another match. 

This only happens when I play this game.
