Controller issue ( PC )

I am using razer wolverine v3 pro controller and it dectec

ted as controller 2 in game. I can only play squad battle in ultimate team (detected as controller 2, blue arrow) and the offline modes. Can't even play pro club and the skill games inside. I have tried my official xbox controller but it experienced the same issue. Controllers work well in other games and I tried to remove all controller drivers and just keep the razer controller driver on my desktop but it doesn't work too. What can I do to fix this issue? Thank you!

    Hey KMBouboo​ only the official Xbox and PS controllers are supported.

    If using another controller and run into any issues we will not be able to assist.

    Thanks for your replay EA_Darko​! However, I faced the same issue even using the official Xbox controller and the official Xbox Elite controller. Do you know what may cause this issue? I have tried to reinstall it multiple times and launch the game via Steam, but sadly, these do not work.
