Controllers stop working during online matches and offline games on xbox

Hello tell me if this also happens to you on xbox, I had already read that on pc there was this problem but on console it is the first time it happens to me I really need help or advice because I don't know what to do anymore.Yesterday for the first time I have to emphasise it during the game or the sbc menu for example the controller disconnects every 3 minutes and it made me lose a lot of games I don't know if the servers were bad or What was the problem but it's the first time it happens to me impossible to play like that, yet I tried another controller, change the batteries etc... but nothing that works, A SOLUTION?
