Disable ALL transfers: Manager career mode transfers

Would it be this game the first of all to really present an option to disable all transfers in manager career mode? I just want to play one season with all actual players. Its really annoying to disable all transfers and see the other clubs making (btw irreal) transfers... Since fc 24... The dame issue.

Please.

It should not be that hard to change it... At least be honest and do not give a option that does not really work out...
