"Disconnected" after win.
Hi team,
I’ve just had a really frustrating experience in FUT Champs. I won a match on penalties, the final whistle had gone, and immediately after the game ended I was disconnected and kicked out of Ultimate Team. The match has been counted as a loss, despite the fact I had already won.
I work 50 hours a week and don’t have much time to play. I’m already having to grind against squads stacked with Icons, Claudia Pina, Mbappé, etc. So to fight all the way through to penalties, win the game, and then have it recorded as a loss because of a disconnect after full-time is incredibly disheartening.
Please check my account — you’ll see clearly that I won on penalties. There is no reason I’d disconnect after securing the win.
If this cannot be resolved, I’d like to request a full refund for the game. This is my first FC since around 19–20, and the experience so far has been extremely disappointing. I come home from long work days hoping to enjoy the game, and instead this is what I’m dealing with.
